Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
1. Master the performance differences between the company’s mass-produced products and competitors’ products, and provide timely feedback to the factory;
2. Conduct daily audits on the operational procedures of each production process to ensure compliance with operating standards and requirements, and perform random sampling inspection of products;
3. Assist customers in handling on-site production abnormalities in a timely manner to improve customer satisfaction;
4. Cooperate with R&D and process teams on new product testing;
5. Analyze the root causes of product abnormalities at the customer end, communicate and coordinate with internal teams timely to improve product stability;
6. Re-inspect defective returned printing screens, collect and feed back relevant data to corresponding departments to reduce the product return rate;
7. Continuously assist customers in improving efficiency and reducing costs to enhance the market competitiveness of the company’s products.

Job Requirements:
1. Excellent communication skills;
2. Prior working experience in screen printing for photovoltaic cells is preferred;
3. Strong data analysis capability and rigorous work attitude.

Language Proficiency:
1. Fluent in oral and written English;
